Don’t let the fear of what your spouse will think or say keep you from asking questions and prompting conversation surrounding the physical intimacy you share. It can feel extremely vulnerable to express intimate desires. Conversations about sex and intimacy can also be hard to have because of how you grew up or the culture you live in. The more you talk about physical intimacy, the more normal it will become. Start with simple discussions and build from there. Your marriage will thank you!
