Do you give your husband a gift for Father’s Day? Or do his gifts come only from your kids? I love helping my kids pick out fun Father’s Day gifts. But I also love grabbing a gift of my own. I think it’s a great way to say “thanks for being my parenting partner” and to acknowledge that side of our relationship. Father’s Day Gifts – Ideas for Your Husband

A Man Crate

Have you ever heard of the company, Man Crates? They put together curated gift boxes for the man in your life, with a variety of themes. Each crate comes with a crow bar to help him open the gift. There is a crate for every many, but you might want to check out the Father’s Day Collection. Some fun crates I’ve seen on the site are:

A Subscription Box

I’m a big fan of subscription boxes, for every occasion. One of my favorite companies, Cratejoy, has put together a Father’s Day collection of great subscription boxes for the man in your life. This is a fun gift that will continue to give all year long, with each monthly box he receives. A few of my favorites subscription boxes from the group are:

New Shirt

If your husband likes to wear t-shirts, I was think a fun Father’s Day gift is a dad themed shirt. There are a lot of clever ones out there, and my husband always gets comments when he wears his. A few fun shirts I found online are:

Bacon

Yes, just bacon. I came across a company called Bacon Freak. They specialize in bacon gift boxes and treats and novelties. If your husband is like Ron Swanson and can’t get enough bacon, this might be a fun gift for him. These are a few of the things I found on their website:

A Custom Bobblehead

Whenever I see a bobble head, I think of Dwight from The Office. This would make a fun gift for them to add to their desk at work. You can visit their website and pick a generic bobblehead that looks like your man. Or you can create your own custom, from head to toe creation.

A Fun Mug

We don’t use mugs too often at our house, but if your man is a coffee drinker, this is a gift he’d enjoy. When I worked in an office, I loved seeing the fun mugs different people had to drink their afternoon coffee or tea in. It could also be a fun gift for dad to use for an ice cream or hot chocolate date with the kids. I loved these mugs that I found on Etsy this week:

Play Mat Shirt

I’m sure you’ve seen a few different versions of these shirts around. My husband really loves back scratches so this has been on my list to gift to him for a while. The back of the shirt has a play mat for driving cars or trains on. The idea is that dad lays down on his stomach, and the kids drive their cars around the mat. He gets a back rub while they kids play and he maybe takes a little snooze.

Personalized Tape Measure

This is at the top of our list this year, since my kids, who love tape measures, have kind of ruined my husband’s tape measure. It’s a fun way to show dad you love him as he’s doing projects around the house.

Book of Dad Jokes

Dad jokes are a step above laffy taffy jokes and so good! My husband prides himself on his dad jokes, so one year I got him a book full of them. We got a kick out of reading through it together. And now he loves teaching silly jokes to the kids. And they love telling them to anyone who will listen, including us, over and over again!
